A small team from the Italian climbing magazine “Pareti” shall be visiting Malta this coming weekend as guests of the Malta Tourism Authority.  The team will include director Andrea Gennari Daneri who has onsighted 8a+ and repointed 8c routes.  Check out his website for more info.

The Pareti team will be shown round the Maltese Islands by the main local climbing organisations the MCC, MRCC and Gozo Adventures as well as Malta Outdoors Sport, ensuring that they get to sample some of the best climbing that Malta has to offer.  It is expected that on the basis of this visit an article about the climbing possibilities in the Maltese Islands will be published in the magazine in the near future.
