The two-year term of most members on the current committee is drawing to a close. In view of this, an Extraordinary General Meeting will be held as follows:

- Venue: 1st Sliema Scout Group (Bernard’s Own), Depiro Street, Sliema SLM2087, Malta

Members are encouraged to attend and participate in this important part of the functioning of the club. Show your support for the voluntary contributions of your committee members, and perhaps do some bouldering when we’re done.
In anticipation of this event, please make sure your membership is up to date. If you filled in the form and submitted payment more than a week ago, but haven’t received a welcome email, your membership has not been processed. In that case, please get in touch. Note that for every membership year you need to fill in the online membership form and pay the membership fee. If you haven’t settled your membership yet, please do so as early as possible, to give us time to process your membership before the general meeting.
