Join the Malta Climbing Club as we attend the San Vito Climbing festival in nearby Sicily!  Following contacts made by club members who have regularly attended the festival over the past years, the organisers have this year given us a slot in the official programme to make a presentation about climbing in Malta. Accompanying the MCC will be Hon. Member Stevie Haston as special guest while for the first time, arguably the number 1 climber in the world Adam Ondra will also be in action and will be presenting his latest DVD “The Wizard’s Apprentice”.   Here is the full programme.

San Vito is definitely a great place to climb with a climate similar to Malta’s and hundreds of high quality bolted sports routes, including multi-pitch.  Ryanair is offering flights to nearby Trapani at very competitive rates.  Check out our event on Facebook if you are interested.
