Mosta Rover Scouts organise abseiling marathon for Dar tal-Providenza

The Mosta Scouts, in collaboration with the Bowline Outdoor & Adventure Shop will be organising the first ever abseiling marathon at the Mosta Bridge on the 26th and 27th November from 9:00am.  They are inviting members of the public to “experience the adrenaline of the best abseil drop in the beautiful valley of Mosta.”    Abseiling will take place at night too.

The Scouts are requesting a donation of €10 for one abseil or €12 for an two.  Proceeds in aid of Dar tal-Providenza.

People  attending this event are reminded to wear slippers rather than flat shoes, for a better grip and for those who have long hair, it should be tied it up with a rubber band.  You don’t want your hair getting caught in the abseil device!  There will be soft drinks,  water and hot dogs available on site.

For all those who are attending as a group (5 or more),  it is suggested that a booking is made for a specific time slot by sending an email to  info@mostascouts.org or calling the Mosta Scouts on 79707924 / 99233207 / 79316749.

On Sunday between 9am and 5pm there will be also photographic service available by H&G PHOTOGЯAPHY™ (MALTA). Thanks and see you all next Sat/Sun. :))

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MCC HAS NO LINKS TO THIS EVENT AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ORGANISATION OF THE EVENT IN ANY WAY.  WE ARE SIMPLY TRYING TO PROMOTE IT VIA OUR WEBSITE BECAUSE ITS FOR A GOOD CAUSE!
